1. Semi-independent accomodation

Springcroft Homes currently provides high‑quality Supported Accommodation in Hampshire and operates a nurturing and well‑structured Children’s Home in Lancashire. Across all our services, we are committed to offering both temporary and long-term support that is carefully tailored to meet the individual needs of each child or young person. Our approach emphasises stability, safety, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring that every young person receives consistent care in an environment designed to help them feel secure, valued, and able to thrive. We aim to create homes that not only meet practical needs but also foster personal growth, independence, and resilience.

2. Counselling and therapy

We recognise that many children and young people who enter the care system have experienced significant trauma, instability, or adverse childhood experiences. These challenges often have a profound impact on their emotional, social, and psychological development. Because of this, we place a strong focus on therapeutic support as a core part of our care model. All children and young people are offered weekly psychological interventions delivered by trained professionals who specialise in trauma-informed practice. This ensures they have a safe space to explore their feelings, understand their experiences, and begin the healing process. Our overarching aim is to empower every child and young person to manage past trauma in healthy and constructive ways. By combining consistent care, structured support, therapeutic input, and a nurturing environment, we strive to equip them with the tools and confidence they need to build positive relationships, develop coping skills, and move towards a brighter, more independent future

3.Outreach support

We are dedicated to offering consistent support throughout each young person’s stay with us, ensuring continuity of care from the moment they arrive until they are ready to transition to independent living or their next placement. When young people move on from our homes, we extend our support through tailored outreach services, designed collaboratively with the young person, their personal advisor, and/or their social worker. This outreach aims to promote stability during periods of change and to help young people maintain the progress they have made. Additionally, where appropriate, we strive to support families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and work together towards better long‑term outcomes. All outreach support is fully personalised, ensuring the young person’s voice, goals, and preferences remain central throughout the process.
