Currently, Springcroft Homes offers Supported Accommodation in Hampshire and a Children's home in Lancashire. We offer temporary and stable long term support and care. Our homes are set up to ensure that children and young people have the utmost comfort.

We believe that children and young people who are or have been in care have suffered trauma and need therapeutic support. Therefore children and young people are offered weekly psychological intervention. Our aim is to empower children/young people to manage trauma suffered healthily.
Outreach support

Outreach support
We endeavour to provide support to young people throughout their stay with us and outreach support is offered when our young people move on. We aim to also support families to ensure better Outreach support is tailored to the young person's needs and agreed with them and their PA/social worker.
Who we serve
Children
We offer care to children in our home. Children are offered a nurturing environment with therapeutic support to address ant emotional difficulties. Our home accommodates a maximum of three children to ensure that each child's needs are prioritised.
Young People
We provide accommodation to 16-25-year-old youths who are transitioning from care to independence.
